My First LIVE TV Modeling Gig

Flashback to the days of twirling around in your mom’s high heels, lipstick smeared on your face, and whatever outfit was in your dress-up box. You thought you could take on the world or the runway.

Yesterday was one of those days.

I was asked along with a few other ladies to help Fleet Feet Savannah debut some new fall products LIVE on WTOC yesterday morning. Now, I am a ham. There isn’t a camera I don’t like, except the one that adds ten pounds ;) But live on TV, in spandex, with those hot lights?!?!

UGH! Talk about anxiety!

So I did what any girl who loved to play dress up would do; I got some Starbucks.

And then I worked it…

And it was intimidating as crap. But I just imagined all the home viewers and crew in their underwear, and I worked it some more. And thankfully, we all only had to walk about 4 paces so my working it was limited ;)

I had a blast and hope I get invited back to do it again! And the two outfits I modeled were adorable… sadly, I didn’t take a head-to-toe view. But I was outfitted in Adidas and Saucony. Love, Love. You’ll be seeing them on the bloggy blog soon!

Locals, did you catch up LIVE?
