Happy 2013!

Welcome to 2013!

How many of y’all remembered back to 1999-2000 New Years? I was still in high school and had people over to my parents’ house to ring in the new millennium. Thankfully ATM cards still worked and we didn’t have to tap into any rations. And no, my parents didn’t hoard food like a lot of people that year. Anyways, thankfully last night was uneventful too!

New Years is a time to reflect and a second chance of growing. And that’s exactly what I want to do in 2013! This past year proved to have many high’s and a few low’s. I am excited for a new year and some Run-Solutions!!

2013 Run-Solutions:

- Run a sub 30min 5k

- Race another marathon

- Cross Train 2-4x week

- Do a Half Ironman….. crap! Did I just type that?!

- Drink champagne after a run. I will be checking that off TODAY at a run with some of the runners I coached this year. Yep, let’s pop champagne for a new year!
