Sometimes it’s nice to be reminded just how far you’ve come and how it all began with just one step….

I always look back at how far I’ve come… mostly with my running…how I’d never go over 3 or 4 miles, and now I’m creeping into the double digits… Reminds me and pushes me to keep kicking a$$!

I always say, you shouldnt dwell on the past but it is great to see how far you have come. You are amazing! What a great job!
